Screw flights are commonly used to meet bulk material handling needs, such as transferring viscous and sticky materials. The spiral surface has the functions of stirring and mixing materials during the conveying process. The screw flights of the screw conveyors have three forms: solid spiral surface, ribbon spiral surface and blade spiral surface.
Screw flights are widely used for many purposes, including building materials, chemicals, electric power, metallurgy, mining and agricultural industries through to the bulk handling and pilling industries. They are suitable for horizontal or inclined conveying of powdery, granular and small block materials such as coal, ash, slag, cement and grain etc. Usually the temperature of the transferred material is below 200 °C.

We usually use fumigation-free wooden boxes for packaging, which can ensure that the machine is not damaged during transportation. If it is a large machine, if it is directly transported in the whole cabinet, we will wrap the machine with a protective film.
Q:How long of the warranty period?
Whole machine 1year. In warranty period, We will send the part free to replace the one that is broken.
Q:What's the Payment terms?
We can accept T/T and L/C, you can tell you which way you can pay before payment, and we will try our best to satisfy you.
Q:Can you provide oversea service?
We usually guide the installation and provide after-sales service through video calls. If you need on-site service, you need to bear some costs, and the specific costs can be negotiated.
