Classifier Destoner can be applied in all sorts of grain processing as wheat,barley, maize,rye,oat and rice, that can clean the high density impurities from grains efficiently.

Classifier Destoner

Classifier destoner can separate pebbles, stones, glass and other high density impurities efficiently from grain flow. Combined functions for stone removing and grading, this machine can achieve better performance on the condition of smaller area covered.During operation, the materials shall go to two working procedures. The first procedure is to divide the material flow into heavier section and mixing section,then the mixing section go to next processing procedure directly,but the heavier materialare going to stone removing procedure to remove those high density impurities as pebbles, metal and glass. With the combination of air, vibration and sieving, the machine has high production efficiency, good grading and sand and clod removing performance with low consumption of energy and will not produce flying dust and great noises. It is also easy to use and maintain, Separate air suction net is used in the machine which makes its processing result more consistent and outstanding.
TBLM Cylinder Low Pressure Pulse Fabric Filter is used to purify the air with dust and collect the dust materials, dust collector is widely used in grain, food industries, etc.
